The aim of this exercise was to explore our cutting and glueing skills by carefully making a simple house structure but doing this well but cutting precise straight lines and leaving no glue marks.

After photocopying the plans and elevations to scale, I began cutting the main parts of the house including floors, walls and the roof.

This is the basement, where I found cutting the 8mm thick wood the hardest.

Ground floor where the front cube of the house (kitchen and living) is a two storey high unit.
